Chiriquí Tours - Terms and Conditions1.Acceptance of TermsBy booking a tour with Chiriquí Tours, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions. This agreement governs all aspects of the booking and participation in the tour.2.Third-Party Facilitation and LiabilityChiriquí Tours serves as a third-party facilitator, connecting clients with local tour operators. We are not responsible for any accidents, incidents, or injuries that may occur during the tour. This includes, but is not limited to, accidents during transportation, activities on the water, land, or any other part of the tour. The responsibility for all aspects of the tour, including safety, lies solely with the local operators who run the tour. By booking through Chiriquí Tours, clients acknowledge and accept that Chiriquí Tours is not liable for any claims, damages, or losses incurred during the tour.3.Client BehaviorClients are expected to conduct themselves respectfully towards other passengers and staff. Aggressive, disrespectful, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. Clients who are intoxicated or under the influence of drugs will be refused participation in the tours, and Chiriquí Tours will not accept liability for any related claims. Additionally, if a client behaves inappropriately during a boat tour, Chiriquí Tours reserves the right to deny them re-entry to the boat, and no refunds will be provided.4.Tour Schedule and CompletionAll tours will proceed according to the established schedule. If a client wishes to leave or stop the tour before its conclusion, the tour will continue as planned, and no refunds will be issued for the client’s early departure. Chiriquí Tours is not responsible for arranging transportation or accommodations for clients who choose to leave the tour early.5.Weather Conditions and Island AccessAccess to certain islands or tour locations is subject to the weather conditions of each day. In the event that weather conditions prevent access to a particular location, the tour will be adjusted to spend time at another tour point. However, the total price of the tour will remain unchanged, regardless of any adjustments to the itinerary due to weather.6.Swimming RequirementClients participating in any water-related activities must possess adequate swimming skills. Chiriquí Tours and its local operators shall not be held responsible for any accidents or incidents arising from the client’s inability to swim or similar water-related concerns.7.Minors’ SafetyThe supervision and safety of minors participating in tours are the exclusive responsibility of their parent or legal guardian. Neither Chiriquí Tours nor its local operators assume any responsibility for the safety of minors during the tours.8.Personal BelongingsClients are solely responsible for the security and care of their personal belongings during the tour. Chiriquí Tours and local operators do not assume any liability for the loss, theft, or damage of clients’ personal items at any time during the tour.9.Tour ReschedulingIn the event that a tour is rescheduled by Chiriquí Tours, clients have the right to cancel their booking and receive a full refund.10.Photo and Video ReleaseAll photos and videos taken by Chiriquí Tours during the tour remain the property of the company unless purchased by the client. Chiriquí Tours reserves the right to use this media for marketing purposes across its social media platforms and other promotional channels.11.Governing LawThese terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Panama.
